I love it when Father mirrors the beauty of His creation!

Just look at that sky! There's something romantic about the colours of the sky as the sun rises and sets...

As you can see, I like photographing reflections...

Durban beach as seen from the pier at uShaka. I miss the white sand of the Cape...

Water. A fast shutter speed freezes it and a slow shutter speed gives the feeling of motion. You can have endless fun photographing water.

No two sunsets are alike...

I was REALLY far from this waterfall. Thank the Lord for a 530mm equivalent lense! Isn't it lovely?!

Clear skies, gentle breeze, soft flow of water ... hmmm, that's the life... Oh I want to live in the country!!!

There is something so inherently beautiful about waterfalls...

I see this rock and am reminded that Jesus is my Rock.

Aaah, fire. Fire is dangerous; it can be destructive, yet it is also beautiful. The colours are so intense, so bright... I love sitting at a camp fire just watching the flames and getting lost in my own thoughts...

How these reeds stay upright despite the flow of the river, is amazing. Life really does 'find a way'.

The ocean waves at sunset, using a slow shutter speed...

Same fire ... totally different scene. Fire changes things, just like the Fire of God changes us...

This was shot during the day. The sun was so bright, I chose to under-expose the shot and was quite pleased with the result. It looks like a moonlit evening...

Don't you just love the different colours and moods of the ocean?

Clouds. I love looking at them. I can sit and stare at the sky for ages, getting completely lost in the peaceful beauty of drifting clouds.

Sunset is the time when fisherman come out to play ... these ones anyway...

I told you: water is a fascinating subject to photograph. Even raindrops and bubbles are captured by my camera.

I grew up surrounded by mountains. I live in a different province now where that is not the case, sadly. I really miss their majestic beauty...

The Moon. You don't want to know how many shots I've taken of the moon! It's a challenging subject, considering how far away it is and how small my camera is in comparison...
